Thank you for your interest in hosting one of the Meridian Chamber’s networking events! These events are a great way to boost your business visibility, connect with local professionals, and engage with the community. A hosting fee applies to help support our Scholarship Foundation, which funds scholarships for local graduating seniors - $250 for After Hours and $150 for First Friday. If you are selected as a host, please review the basic hosting expectations below:
Business After Hours (3rd Thursday of every month, 5:00-7:00 PM)
Hosting Fee: $250
  • Light bites or snacks for 150 attendees
  • Water
  • Optional: Beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages
  • Space to gather and network
  • Optional raffle prize or giveaway
First Fridays (1st Friday of every month, 7:30-8:30 AM)
Hosting Fee: $150
  • Coffee for 70-100 attendees
  • Optional light bites such as pastries, fruit, or breakfast snacks
  • Space to gather and network
  • Optional raffle prize or giveaway

Host & Give Back

When you host a Meridian Chamber After Hours or First Friday Networking event, you’re doing more than bringing our business community together - you’re helping fund the future of local students. Your hosting fee goes directly to the West Ada Scholarship Foundation, supporting scholarships for graduating high school seniors in the West Ada School District. These scholarships recognize students who demonstrate leadership, community involvement, and academic achievement.
As a thank-you for your generosity, event hosts receive: Complimentary tickets to the annual Scholarship Luncheon, where we celebrate and award these outstanding students. Recognition in event marketing materials, including your business logo featured in the luncheon’s promotional campaigns.
Your contribution not only strengthens local connections but also makes a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders.
