Oktoberfest Vendor Sign Up Form

The first Oktoberfest event in Downtown Meridian in 2022 was a huge success for all those involved.  The event throughout the day recorded an attendance of just over 9,000 people. The vendors that participated last year all remarked on the value of this event.

The 2023 Meridian Oktoberfest event is looking for vendors to participate in the event this year. There is a committee that will review each application to ensure we are getting the mix of vendors and products that our attendees are looking for this year. This includes a specific need in food vendors to meet our culturally appropriate needs for an authentic Oktoberfest cuisine selection.

Vendor will be expected to be setup and work their vendor location from 10:00 AM till 9:00 PM.

Vendor fees this year will be:

General Vendor Fee: $275 (limited to 75 vendors)

• • This is a 10x10 space in the designated beer garden area of the Oktoberfest event.
  • Inclusion in pre-event marketing including social media posts
  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables and canopy coverings

Food & Beverage Vendor Fee: $400 (limited to 10 vendors)

• • This is a 10x10 space in the designated beer garden area of the Oktoberfest event.
  • Inclusion in pre-event marketing including social media posts.
  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables for food service and prep.
  • Food vendors must provide a valid permit from Central District Health to serve food.
  • Vendor must provide valid Idaho State Sales Tax Permit.
  • Beverages served by food vendors will be restricted to non-alcoholic beverages (other options are available for those wanting to serve alcoholic beverages and a different selection process applies)

Successful applicants will be contacted by the committee to complete the full vendor agreement and fees must be paid in advance of the event.
