General Vendor Application Form

Meridian Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for vendors at the 2024 Oktoberfest event on Saturday, October 5th. Hours of the event are 10am - 9pm - vendors are allowed to begin setup at 7:00 AM. Vendor must stay until 9pm. Space is available to a limited number of vendors. Application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors will be juried. Booth fee is $300 to 375 for a 10x10' space. Power will be available on a limited basis for an additional $100 fee. All vendors will be required to obtain the necessary Idaho State Tax License and pay the appropriate taxes.

As a vendor of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce 2023 Oktoberfest event, I agree to all terms of the guidelines and agree to follow them. I understand failure to follow these guidelines could result in my losing my booth space with no refunds of booth fee given. Further, I agree that photographs taken of me, my booth, products, and/or works may be used by the Meridian Chamber of Commerce for promotional purposes.
