Our Mission
Leadership Meridian desires to seek out individuals with the potential to become future leaders in the Meridian Business community and to enhance and develop their understanding of our community while giving them an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and community leaders in a setting that fosters the exchange of ideas and encourages participants to assume leadership roles in the community.
The Program
The program consists of monthly, day long sessions, participants receive an intensive review of the Meridian area, how it has developed and how it works. New perspectives for creative leadership are taught. The goal is to give participants the foundation needed to expand their leadership role in the community.
