Oktoberfest Vendor Sign Up Form

The second Oktoberfest event in Downtown Meridian in 2023 was a huge success for all those involved. The event throughout the day recorded an attendance of just over 11,000 people. The vendors that participated last year all remarked on the value of this event.

The 2024 Meridian Oktoberfest event is looking for vendors to participate in the event this year. There is a committee that will review each application to ensure we are getting the mix of vendors and products that our attendees are looking for this year. This includes a specific need in food vendors to meet our culturally appropriate needs for an authentic Oktoberfest cuisine selection.

Vendor will be expected to have their booth completely set up and staffed no later than 9:55am.  Event start time is 10am and all vehicles and set up equipment should be stored out of sight or returned to vehicles.  Your booth is expected to be open for business from 10:00 AM till 9:00 PM. Some exceptions could be made for youth-focused vendors.

Vendor fees this year will be:

General Vendor Fee: $300 Chamber Member Price | $375 Non-Chamber Member Price

  • Inclusion in pre-event marketing including social media posts
  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables and canopy coverings

Food & Beverage Vendor Fee: $400 Chamber Member Price | $475 Non-Chamber Member Price 

• • This is a 10x10 space in the designated beer garden area of the Oktoberfest event.
  • Inclusion in pre-event marketing including social media posts.
  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables for food service and prep.
  • Food vendors must provide a valid permit from Central District Health to serve food.
  • Vendor must provide valid Idaho State Sales Tax Permit.
  • Vendor must provide if they have a popup tent/ handcart/ food truck. If a food truck, vendors must provide dimensions.
  • Beverages served by food vendors will be restricted to non-alcoholic beverages (other options are available for those wanting to serve alcoholic beverages and a different selection process applies)

Limited vendor spots available. Successful applicants will be contacted by the committee to complete the full vendor agreement and fees must be paid in advance of the event.
