Oktoberfest 2026 Food Vendor Application

Meridian Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for food vendors at the 5th Annual Meridian Oktoberfest event on Saturday, October 3rd. Hours of the event are 10am - 9pm - vendors are allowed in starting at 7:00 AM for setup. Vendor must stay until 9pm. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be sold by this vendor class. Space is available to a limited number of food vendors. Application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors will be juried. Booth fee is $400 for a Chamber Member and $475 for a Non-Chamber Member for a 10x10' space. Power will be available on a limited basis for an additional $100 fee. All food vendors will be required to obtain the necessary Idaho State Tax License, obtain a Central District Health Permit, and pay the appropriate taxes.

As a food vendor of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce 2026 Oktoberfest event, I agree to all terms of the guidelines and agree to follow them. I understand failure to follow these guidelines could result in my losing my booth space with no refunds of booth fee given. I agree to have a fire extinguisher in my booth area, trailer, or food truck during the event. I understand that acceptance does not allow me to sell alcoholic beverages at anytime during the event, regardless if I hold an alcohchol sales permit. Further, I agree that photographs taken of me, my booth, products, and/or works may be used by the Meridian Chamber of Commerce for promotional purposes.
